Together, we'll proudly step back and say, We did that  .In the role of Shipping Clerk 1 you'll play a pivotal part on our Warehouse team.Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA is recruiting for a:Shipping Clerk 1 - 1st Shift6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday$20.00/hrJob duties include but are not limited to:Warehouse movement.Receiving actions.Materials movement for all operations.Sorting, moving, shuffling, stacking, packaging & shipping.Verifying inventory.Support shipping/receiving, packaging and other warehouse functions.Unloading/loading trucks.Building boxes/crates for outgoing shipments.Performing inventory support tasks, printing picklists, pulling product and preparing shipments.Entering information into ERP systems.Verification and data entry associated with these tasks.Active participation in operational improvement activities.Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.Other tasks as needed and flexibility is key.Willing to work overtime as needed.Job RequirementsWe seek service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, adaptable to our innovative and evolving environment. Up to 75lbs. Team lift, forklift, etc. are available.Must be highly motivated and able to work independently as needed.Prior experience with an ERP system preferred.Basic MS Office skills required.Good basic math skills.Good reading comprehension to follow work orders.Able to speak/read/write English proficiently.Legible handwriting/printing.Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities.Willing to work overtime as needed.LEVEL 1:High School Graduate or GED.1 year experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.1 year data entry or comparable experience.Forklift certified.MS Windows, Microsoft Office Environment, basic knowledge of Excel.Basic experience in part tracking system (ex: Royal IV).Intermediate excel usage/knowledge.Basic knowledge of MRP systems.Safran Cabin Materials requires a criminal background check and drug screen to be completed and passed for all positions.This description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by an employee within this position.
