Create and print box labels for shipments. Match freight bills with billing documentation and maintain accurate records. Generate and review bills of lading for accuracy and compliance. Handle customer service calls related to shipping inquiries and needs. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally Input and manage outside assembly data.
