Job Description Shipping Clerk *Must be forklift certified* Responsibilities:
  • Unloading vehicles
  • Accepting deliveries
  • Unpacking containers
  • Verify items
    • inspect conditions
    • compare and count to purchase orders and packing lists
    • document items received
  • Transfer or deliver orders to necessary departments
  • Prepare shipments
    • assembling
    • packing
    • protecting
    • labeling
  • Production and quality control improvements
Key Performance Deliverables:
  • Cross train in Material Control
  • Aid in department improvement
  • Contribute to team efforts
Requirements:
  • H.S. Diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience
