If that sounds like you, come join this industry leader!Starting pay is $25.50 per hour with an increase to $26.00 per hour after 90 days of employment.Here's What You'll Get To DoOn/off loading of glass from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours dailyAssembling boxes, crates, or containersLabeling and marking containers and insert lining or padding material to protect items during shipmentWeighing, measuring and counting productPacking items according to shipping needs or supervisors' specifications, ensuring that the crates/boxes and packages are accurately packedCompleting clerical tasks with the ability to use shop floor computer and RF equipmentConducting inspections to examine products and make sure they meet our specifications for quality and aren't damagedKeeping shipping area cleanRegular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your jobWhat We're Looking ForOne year of prior manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, or construction experience preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and computer skillsDemonstrated experience with basic hand tools including tape measure, pneumatic tools, cranes and mechanical toolsQuality inspection is required, prior to packaging materialsStrong attention to detailAbove average organizational skillsExperience working in a continuous improvement environment, preferredAn uncompromising safety-first approach in the workplace.
