Shipping Clerk - Newco Enterprises : Job Details

Description: This position will pack the goods in shipping containers, develop mailing labels and shipping documents, and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. This position involves accurately inputting customer shipping information and then using a commercial label printing machine to print the shipping labels.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Complete appropriate paperwork and process bill of ladingPlace products on skids to insure maximum shipping potential with minimum possible damagePulls and packs products in appropriately sized box based on numbers, size and quantityMeets specifics of customer orders in a timely mannerKeeps products separated, organized and in good rotationRequirements:General knowledge of Shipping/ReceivingGeneral knowledge of UPS, FedEx systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsAbility to problem solvePHYSICAL REQUIREMENT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Walking & standing up to 8 hours a dayAbility to lift up to 50lbs from floor to waistAbility to lift overhead up to 25lbsWarehouse/Plant environmentCompensation details:16-17 Hourly WagePIc3aa5071df06-35216-#######0
