Shipping Clerk - On Time Staffing : Job Details

On Time Staffingis seeking shipping clerks for our warehouse in Millville, NJ!

Starting Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Available Shifts:

• M-F 3:30pm-12am

Job Description:

• Process all necessary shipping documentation
• Review schedules to ensure carrier and load information have been updated on orders and to verify shipping and 3rd party billing information is correct
• Ship complete orders once orders have shipped
• Scan completed LTL and TL orders with paperwork to exnet
• Maintain file room, including but not limited to filing shipping orders
• Have all documents ready for deliveries for the floor supervisors
• Supporting the performance of the OSHA 18001 Safety System & ISO 14001 Environmental system
• Make sure all reports are kept current
• Maintain all necessary files
• Assist in all necessary aspects of the Distribution Admin team as needed

Job Requirements:

• Resume required to apply
• prior clerical experience in distribution or transportation
• Responsible, team player, highly organized, dependable, motivated, reactive
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Understanding and proper usage of all tools & programs
