Shipping Clerk Night Shift

• Hourly Pay - $16-$17/hour + $1/hour Shift Differential
• Hours 1 am start time, 8-10 hours per day, Tuesday to Saturday
• Benefits starting DAY ONE!

Who You Are:

You pride yourself in being dependable and thorough. You always work safely, following company procedures, enjoy working independently and in a team setting. You are always working with a sense of urgency, to ensure you get the job done.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Gathering all schedules and communicate with dispatcher of any daily incoming deliveries
• Assisting dispatcher with drivers logs, trip records, inspection reports, load sheets, schedule jobsites, and PM service for all trucks
• Track rack shipments and coordinating with customers for rack pickups
• Maintain and update rack spreadsheet.

Skills You Bring:

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
