Shipping Coordinator - 2nd Shift - Musco Sports Lighting : Job Details

Primary Purpose: Exercise judgment to supervise and lead team members in daily operations while maintaining costs, quality standards, safety and a healthy environment. Responsible for assisting the Shipping Manager in daily operational responsibilities of the Shipping departments, providing supervision and leadership for the team members. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Uphold the standards Musco has set for Leadership, Self-Directed, Dependability and Quality

Provide leadership and work closely with others in a team environment

Build strong relationships with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and all manufacturing support groups

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning team members, accomplishing production results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems and reporting the results

Provide coaching, feedback, and counseling to team members to support personal growth and compliance with procedures

Drive continuous improvement efforts pertaining to products and processes

Provide technical guidance to interpret, analyze, and resolve procurement and production opportunities

Other duties as assigned
