• Run the Show - Manage all outgoing shipments to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Secure the Best Deals - Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to optimize costs and service.
• Choose Smart Shipping Solutions - Select the most efficient carriers and methods for each shipment.
• Keep Everything on Track - Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and all necessary documentation.
• Solve Problems Fast - Track shipments, troubleshoot issues, and keep teams and customers informed.
• Stay Compliant - Ensure all domestic and international shipments meet regulations.
• Analyze and Improve - Maintain records, track performance, and continuously refine shipping processes.
• Collaborate Across Teams - Work with production, sales, and customer service to align logistics with business needs.
• Ensure Safe and Secure Shipments - Oversee packaging and labeling for accuracy and product protection.

What You Bring to the Table as Shipping Coordinator

• Experience & Expertise - Background in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management (manufacturing experience is a plus!).
• Negotiation Savvy - Proven ability to secure great rates and build strong carrier relationships.
• Tech-Savviness - Hands-on experience with shipping software, freight management, and Microsoft Office.
• Problem-Solving Skills - A proactive mindset to troubleshoot and streamline operations.
• Regulatory Know-How - Familiarity with domestic and international shipping requirements.
• Physical Readiness - Ability to lift and move packages when needed.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented - Strong multitasking abilities to keep everything running smoothly.
