Shipping Floor Lead - Symrise AG : Job Details

Ensures product is properly loaded, secured and shipped to the correct customer in the correct quantity. Makes sure that shipping procedures, blocking and bracing, and transportation guidelines are being followed. Ensures that shipping and material SAP transactions are done correctly and within established time guidelines. Works to improve overall efficiency of all warehouse activities including 5 S housekeeping projects. Coordinates with all affected groups related to Shipping activities, including laboratory, labeling, planners and logistics providers. Provides oversight with the Logistics Manager over logistic regulations and compliance to those standards. Other Functions:-Supports all safety related activities including safety huddles, incident reviews, Gensuites.-Monitors and oversees issues involving equipment, i.e., forklifts, label printers, scanners, shrink wrapping equipment.
