Job Title: Shipping/Fulfillment Packer (Full-Time)

Job Overview:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Shipping/Fulfillment packer at our headquarters center in San Diego. As part of our shipping team, you will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packing them efficiently and securely, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
• Pack products securely in boxes and prepare them for shipment.
• Ensure packing materials and shipping labels are correctly applied.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
• Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory as needed.
• Keep the packing and shipping area clean and organized.
• Communicate with team members to resolve any issues that may arise with orders or shipments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours available. Shifts can start as early as 6 AM, or at 9 AM latest, if preferred.
• Weekday and weekend shifts are occasionally available.
