Shipping Inventory Clerk - Perdue Farms : Job Details

The overall purpose of this position is to provide support to the shipping / production departments through inventory control by using handheld scanners, counting inventory in the coolers, reconciling inventory discrepancies, using SAP / CFS programs, computer. etc. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor product going into cooler and out of cooler ensuring that the proper scans have been made to ensure inventory accuracy. Complete Daily physical inventory counts and compare to CFS inventory. Reconcile and inventory discrepancies found. Learn SAP and CFS program. Learn all of the principles and functions of inventory control and snapshot compliance. Perform other departmental duties as directed by management or lead person. Minimum Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience Requirements Strong reading, writing, math, computer, and analytical skills are required.
