Position Summary
As a Shipping Lead, you will support proper accountability of all finished goods into and out of the Automated Warehouse (ASRS) and ensure product is of high quality before loading onto trucks and before entering ASRS. You will support the ASRS Specialist with maintaining ASRS reliability and up-time through manual pallet intervention, fault recovery, and completing small projects for the ASRS system. You will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to support receiving, handling, and shipment of all finished products.
* Support ASRS Specialist with small projects and maintaining system up-time
* Perform risk assessment and support TPM initiatives including proficiency in digital solutions
* Load truck shipments as needed
* Support Warehouse Coordinator with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and retagging of product
* Clean, inspect, and lubricate ASRS equipment
* Load and unload product in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* 2+ years' experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or related environment.
* 1+ years experience operating a forklift
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $27.64 an hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
