International Shipping & Receiving Specialist Fast paced materials manufacturing facility needs two shipping and receiving specialist.Details for the successful candidates is as follows: Skills:

• Certified sit down forklift
• Work with all major carriers, i.e. FedEx, UPS, XPO, etc..
• Be able to process collect, prepaid add and prepaid shipments
• Know what is a BOL and Packing List are
• Work safely
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel and have experience with ERP systems
• Inventory and receiving paperwork
• International shipping and familiar with SLI's including USMCA

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks/containers
• Stock and pull inventory accurately
• Down count and record inventory pulls
• Bill of lading
• UPS/FedEx shipping systems
• Customs documents as required by destination country
• Enter shipping instructions in the international shipper
• Pull orders for manufacturing accurately and timely
• Prepares International Shipping Documents and communicates with Forwarding agents when applicable. •Forwards shipping documentation and records for further processing.

Job Details:

• Pay: $20 to $24/hr. DOE
• Schedule: 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday - minimum OT
• PPE: Steel toes and gloves
