Shipping & Receiving Clerk - 2nd Shift | United States | US2124810Are you motivated to deliver great results and customer service? Do you enjoy working with people? Then consider joining us as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our site in Plainfield, Indiana. YOUR ROLEYou will report to a Supervisor and use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to work with receivers to supply paperwork and create reporting for all shipping and receiving activities. You will work Monday - Friday, 12:30 pm - 8:00 pm, and will be paid weekly at $19.00 per hour.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments
• Ensure accuracy, prepare and create pick list, packing list, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activities
• Communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management
• Perform clerical responsibilities such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry
• Verify and receive product into inventory
• Other responsibilities as needed directed by management
• Work overtime and weekends as needed

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment with at least 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems
• AS400 or any other WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and customer service experience
• Forklift operating experience preferred
• Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
