JOB SUMMARY Accurately receive, store, and transfer inventory using SAP, and follow shipping procedures. Must be detail oriented, have the ability to count accurately, follow detailed instructions, read and write legibly. Clerk II position must be able to perform all duties in assigned area. Must follow all procedures per the job functions in shipping, receiving, and stores. Ability to fill any position in shipping, receiving, and/or stores peak periods. DUTIES/RESULTS

• Shipping: Check to verify the scheduled ship date, part number, quantities of items, and method of shipment on each customer order. Must pay close attention to detail. Insure all packages are packaged and ship on or before the scheduled ship date. Must able to perform all positions in shipping.

• Receiving: Accurately receives material per the job function procedure. Must be able to count and write legibly. Work in an organized manner at all times. Process shipments promptly. Effectively perform all positions for both domestic and international. Process and maintain receiving tags and kanbans for international invoices.

• Stores: Maintain stores in an orderly manner per ISO9000 and NYPS procedures. Accurately receive and down count inventory. Accuracy pull parts for manufacturing lines. Pull customer order for shipments per the product information on the production control tag. Must be able to perform all position in the store area.

• Will be expected to cross train in each of the three areas.
• Cross-trained in all job classifications of S/R/S.
• Overtime required.
• Able to train G1 entry levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
