Job Summary:The Shipping/Receiving Associate is responsible for preparing, labeling, and packing coolers for shipment. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments. Employees who perform well will have the opportunity to be trained in the picking process. This is a physically active role with the potential for an extension based on performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Packing & Labeling: Prepare, label, and pack coolers according to shipment requirements.
• Training Opportunity: Employees who demonstrate good performance will have the chance to be trained in the picking process, gaining additional responsibilities and skill development.
• Material Handling: Lift and move materials as needed. While the job may require lifting up to 50 lbs., the typical lifting requirement is around 25 lbs.
• Accuracy: Ensure all shipments are correctly packed, labeled, and processed to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment, especially when handling materials and lifting items.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (though typical lifting will be around 25 lbs.).
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move products during the course of a shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelors Degree
