Optimize packaging based on product. Ability to cross-train in all department functions. Identify, count, sort, package, and tag completed parts for shipment without assistance. Load and unload LTL and flatbed trucks. Build crates / work in woodshop to support packaging product. Read and interpret pick tickets accurately. Licensed to operate powered industrial trucks. Train other employees necessary. Perform receiving functions on all inbound freight, including verification and data entry. Handle incoming product inspections to print and quality specifications. Responsible for adherence to receiving and Quality procedures. Process returned products for restocking, notify Quality upon receipt of non-conforming material. Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Must have a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Must live within 50 miles of Pinckneyville, IL, OR have Active Duty military status.
