This position will also include Part Marking and Shipment Invoicing responsibilities. • Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers efficiently.
• Stock inventory in designated areas of the facility.
• Operate ERP systems and other warehouse equipment to fulfill orders accurately.
• Manage shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring all records are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with team members and schedules to ensure timely job completion for in-house operations and outside process operations.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities of products.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Contact suppliers for product status and estimated shipment dates.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 0-3 years relevant experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards and practices.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including order picking and fulfillment.
• Ability to operate basic part marking equipment (e.g., bar codes, scribing tools, laser marking machine, dot peen, ink stamping, and electro-chemical etching).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Expected weekly hours: 40-50. We offer a competitive benefit package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements, among other factors.Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time in Prescott, AZ.
