Job Summary

Responsibilities include floating between all the logistics department, meaning you will be assisting on the shipping dock, receiving dock, and small parts areas. A brief summary of all of these areas are as follows:

- Shipping department – help package material in boxes, or build crates to secure product from damage, as well as being able to operate a forklift safely around the facility

- Receiving department – Unload trucks with a forklift, check in material based off Packing lists and enter that data into the computer system

- Small Parts – Assist in pulling material for small kit orders as well as packaging material and creating labels.

Primary Job Duties, includes but is not limited to:

· Operate the standup and sit-down forklift to move material

· Receive and ship material from the incoming and outgoing trucks

· Utilize software and/or paper system to track receipt and shipping of products

· Shipping to include crating/packing

· Use of pneumatic tools such as ; Nail guns, Staplers, Air hoses

· Place product in the storage rack

· Read/follow a bill of materials

· Stand and walk 8 hours a day

· Possess good communication and organizational skills

· Frequently lift 30 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.

· Safley use an overhead crane

· Work in a safe manner while maintaining 5s.

· Must be able to work independently and as a team

Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm, overtime available
