We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Keller Dental Lab in Fenton, MO for a Full-Time Shipping & Receiving Specialist.The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Specialist and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice casesResponsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)Responsible for Case Entry of all Business Unit cases (Manager discretion)Packing of all Business Unit cases (Manager discretion)Process shipments through FedEx ship manager and UPS WorldshipPrepare paperwork by sorting by Business unit to prepare for scanning. (as requested)Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillmentFollow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to insure consistent and accurate resultsOther duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Required:Strong attention to detailStrong organizational and follow-up skillsSelf-directed, with the ability to analyze problems and make decisionsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeCreative thinking and problem solving skillsExcellent oral communication skills to present concerns/ideas with tact and diplomacyDesire to provide aide to expedite other positions for a more efficient overall teamStrong data entry skillsStrong ability to listen and comprehend instructions, following tasks through to completionTyping, 35 words per minute (as applicable)Minimum Education and Experience Required:Required: High school diploma or GED equivalentNo experience requiredHazardous Materials or Equipment Used:OpticideBox CuttersKnivesPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reachExhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motionsGood hand-eye coordinationGood manual dexterityAbility to walk and stand for long periods of timeRepeated bending and kneelingVision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or colorPush, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 60 poundsMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishQualificationsEducationRequiredHigh School or Equivalent or better
