Our client is looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Team Leader (Supervisor). In this role, the candidate will supervise the receipt, delivery and shipment of component parts and finished goods.This position ensures transaction accuracy to support inventory/material control departments; along with ensuring all customer standards are followed and requirements are met in relation to all sample, mass, production, and service orders. Additionally, you will have the responsibility for achieving maximum quality and cost effectiveness in an on-time and efficient manner. The candidate will actively participate in all areas of employment, performance evaluations, associate relations, and associate development for the department, while promoting safety and total employee involvement. This is a salary exempt position with a primarily dayshift work schedule, however, must be flexible as business needs arise on off shifts and off hours.Bonus and full benefits with 401k.
