This position pays $29.86 per hour M-F 7:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.The Shipping & Receiving Technician I performs all work in the warehouse pertaining to shipping & receiving and loading and unloading trucks to meet in accordance with operating/performance measures. They also perform additional duties assigned as required/tasked.
- Receives goods as they arrive (pallets, packaging materials, etc).
- Participates in HSE activities; Additional duties assigned by Manager, as needed.
- Communicates with Lead, UM/PM, CRS/Admin carefully on truck loading to ensure accuracy; Interfaces with truck drivers;
- The Shipping & Receiving Technician I performs all work in the warehouse pertaining to shipping & receiving and loading and unloading trucks to meet in accordance with operating/performance measures.
- Perform additional duties assigned as required/tasked. Packages boxed orders
- Operates the sweeper
- Signs documents for shipping & receiving; Performs heat shrink application and applies pallet labels once approved by QC
- Handles and moves finished goods and intermediates to warehousing/storage; Operates all processes in a safe manner and with HSE rules and regulations; Loads and Unloads finished goods to customers.
- Loads and Unloads trucks for interplant shipments; Ships and Receives FEDEX shipmen
Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDOne year of Industrial or Manufacturing experience.Must have current CDL license
