Shipping Scanner - Case Farms, LLC : Job Details

Reports directly to Shipping Supervisor. Maintains the Manifest logs, and keeps trailer information up to date. Complete paperwork for USDA-certified loads (Kill Certificates). Prepares bills of lading for outgoing trucks. Handles Phone system in the Shipping office, taking calls from truck drivers, sales department, customers, plant operations, etc. Performs Data Entry of shipping information into system. Handles various office and administrative duties. May be assigned various other duties or projects as needed. REQUIREMENTS : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in an office setting is preferred. Ability to work in a sitting, standing, or alternating position. Must have effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to train others. Must have a basic understanding of the shipping process. Maintain inventory controls for proper rotation of products to include age, returns, and damaged containers.
