Shipping Specialist - Wurth Industry North America : Job Details

Job Title: Shipping Specialist Shift: 1st Shift, 9:00am- 5:30pm, M-F Pay: $17/hr. The primary responsibility of this Shipping Specialist position is to have the ability to use an RF gun and to accurately, neatly, and productively pick orders to a box in all areas of the shipping department. With the additional ability and/or knowledge to manifest shipments and load shipments. Why Wrth:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES:

• Accurately picking, packing, and checking orders. Some heavy lifting may be required.
• Assisting in receiving products into the warehouse and replenishing inventory on the shelves.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Experience with mobile equipment such as forklifts, ladders, and pallet jacks are a plus! If not, we can certify you!

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the shipping or receiving field.
• Ability to operate a forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to keep fast paced within the work environment.
• Able to work independently or within a team environment.
• Ability to use personal computers and applicable computer software to include MACS.
• Ability to be accurate in small detail and quality oriented.
• Ability to be flexible and versatile in job duties.
