SHOP CUSTODIAN - Landmark Fabrication : Job Details

Challenging the norm and innovating better methods is core to our approach.We are seeking a Shop Custodian to join our team at Landmark Fabrication.Essential Functions:

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the shop, including multiple workstations and storage areas.
• Ensure all customer-facing areas are kept clean, including walls and glass surfaces.
• Manage the cleanliness of the outside waste management dumpster area and surrounding service lots.
• Implement and adhere to shop cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Keep the shop environment clutter-free and ensure timely disposal of all trash and waste materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
