Aftermath Services is currently hiring a Shop Manager for our Bay Shore, Long Island shop.
Job Time Hourly Rate: $42- $46
Driver's license and a clean driving history required.

What We Offer:
Compensation Details:
We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of nineteen dollars per hour.

Shop Manager
Aftermath is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team. This role is designed for a dynamic leader who excels in both operational management and team development. While prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, biohazard remediation and mitigation, and customer service. We are committed to training our technicians for success.
