Shop support for Equipment/Vehicle maintenance at Snohomish LocationAre you interested in working with machines and equipment and work well with others? Do you enjoy driving and making deliveries in the Seattle area?Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is a high rise window and building maintenance cleaning company that is hiring for a full-time, Shop Maintenance And Repair Technician in the Snohomish area. With over 30 years experience, we are able to offer stable, year-round employment at competitive wages.The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. You will work directly with the Management but will need to fulfill a variety of roles alone.Responsibilities and Duties, under Management supervision:

• Priority - Accurately loading working equipment in vehicles, checking and refreshing stock items, restock vehicles as they come in, refueling vehicles.
• Support in performing basic maintenance of small engine equipment and fleet vehicles including minor repairs as needed.
• Track repairs on Google sheets, updating all vehicle information regularly.
• Technology adept- we have app based timesheets and need to have the awareness of switching between tasks with notes.
• Assisting with testing and preparing equipment for different projects, including assembling tool and project kits for field teams.
• Assist with organizing shop equipment, tools, and product inventory, thinking ahead for what might need to be ordered and purchased in advance.
• Helping inventory and track equipment.
• Complete general building and yard maintenance around the shop such as gutters, spraying weed killers, lawn mowing, weedeating, weeding, etc.
• Deliver equipment to field employees in the Seattle area.
• Provide basic handyman services as needed (light bulb replacement, etc.).
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanically inclined, background with pressure washing machines a plus.
• Communicates clearly with Office and Management including both verbal and messaging.
• Follow through with notice when tasks are completed is a necessity.
• Good driving record required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with an aptitude for technology- we use Google Chats for messaging.
• Team player mentality and a positive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Desired Qualifications:

• Desire to continuously learn and improve
• Ability to drive using a manual transmission vehicle
• Honest work ethic, self motivated.
• Able to pick up and carry 50- 75 lbs. on a regular basis
• History of small equipment repair
• Background with truck maintenance schedules
