Job DetailsJob LocationConvalescent Center - Nespelem, WASalary Range$20.00 - $20.00 DescriptionCLOSING DATE: Open continuously with weekly reviewsPOSITION: Short Notice Courier/TransporterSALARY: $20.00 per hourREPORTS TO: Director of NursingLOCATION: Convalescent Center; Nespelem, WashingtonBasic Functions: Incumbent is responsible for transporting residents to and from provider appointments, and activity outings. Will also answer phones, schedule resident appointments, maintain the transport calendar, and other clerical ward clerk duties when not transporting residents.QualificationsEducation and Training:

• Nursing Assistant experience preferred but not required
• Requires a valid Washington State Drivers License and must be eligible for the Tribes' vehicle insurance.
• Requires possession of and maintaining a CPR certification, applicant may obtain CPR certification upon hire.
• Requires full Covid-19 vaccination prior to hire.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires ability to read, write, and understand the English Language
• Requires ability to relate clearly and concisely information concerning a residents condition.
• Requires ability to make independent decisions.
• Requires ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry said weight a minimum of 50 feet.
