This person will greet customers entering the showroom, answer basic inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate party. The Showroom Host will play a key role in fostering a warm and welcoming showroom experience for clients and guests. The Showroom Host will elevate the showroom experience through their diligence in fulfilling a variety of responsibilities, including: Showroom Host Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the New York City Showroom, answer initial inquiries, and direct guests to the appropriate sales colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer client questions about Schumacher products and the Showroom.
- Help ensure the showroom flow of traffic is smooth and that each client is receiving assistance.
- Ensure that Showroom visitors/clients have a wonderful Schumacher experience and achieve the purpose of their visit.
- Collaborate with sales team members throughout the day, understanding team member availability, scheduling, and plans so clients are provided best-in-class customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to understand product launches and any new updates to the showroom.
- As the first point of contact for clients at the Showroom, it will be important that the Showroom Host continuously develops knowledge about the Schumacher Showroom and Schumacher products.
Showroom Host Job Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience working in a retail or showroom environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
