Job DescriptionSIGN INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN We are a leader in the signage industry in the Northern Florida, known for its commitment to excellence and innovative signage solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Sign Installation Technician to join our installation team. If you have 2+ years of experience in architectural sign installation, possess the necessary certifications and skills, and are ready to contribute to our dynamic team, we want to hear from you. As a Sign Installation Technician, you will be a key member of our installation team responsible for the precise installation of exterior signage. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring that our signage projects are executed flawlessly. Sign Installation Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Set up projects including planning and scheduling.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written, with other trades and management teams
• Safely and efficiently install both interior and exterior, according to project specifications.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks to access installation sites at varying heights.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate installation of signage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that may arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.
• Complete accurate installation records and documentation.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior installers as needed.

Sign Installation Technician Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in architectural sign installation.
• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record, preferred.
• Experience operating a bucket truck.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components related to sign installation.
• Proficiency in vinyl installation techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret installation plans and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on-site at various locations as required.
• Experience leading, mentoring and training Installers.
