Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images* Operate and maintain printer(s)* Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards* Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces* Install signs and graphics like wall signs, post and panels, dimensional letters and decals.* Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.* Clean and maintain production and storage areasIdeal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist:* 1-5 years of experience in sign production a plus. Total compensation includes a bonus and is based on experience.* High school diploma or equivalent* Ability to stand for long periods (4 hours or more)* Ability to lift 50 pounds* Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate* Ability to work to output high volume, high-quality work* Ability to use light power equipment* Team-oriented with a positive attitudeDo you enjoy working with people?
