SIPS Specialist - Johnson Service Group : Job Details

Responsible for supporting the SCM SIPS team with vetting, establishing and maintaining the 30k+ supplier master database in support of Company Procure to Pay (P2P) process. This is a fast paced, high volume transaction role which requires facilitating sensitive & confidential data, interfacing with both internal and external customers and compliance with auditing controls and guidelines.

Potential candidate needs to be customer service oriented, able to work independently and flexible to changes in responsibility to meet the needs of the team.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong time management abilities, problem solving skills, attention to details and the ability to be a self-starter are essential.
