Position Description

This position will be responsible for performing a wide range of human resources, administrative and office support activities for TCG Management to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This will be completed in a safe and timely manner with the highest quality possible.

Job Responsibilities

* Responsible to ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws by accurately tracking employee work classifications, calculating correct wages, and submitting certified payroll reports (through Elations Systems).

* Responsible of verifying that workers on government-funded projects are paid the appropriate rates and fringe benefits, often requiring detailed knowledge of labor regulations and compliance procedures.

* Responsible for communication (memos, meeting notices & preparation).

* Respond to customer needs and requirements.

* Provide administrative support to all TCG Management as required.

* Ensure compliance with Records Management Policies and Procedures.

* Work closely with Safety Personnel to coordinate and assist with new hire orientation.

* Administer drug screen testing.

* Ensure accuracy of all HR documentation.

* Ensure that payroll is reported accurately and confidentially each Monday morning.

* Coordinate and provide resolutions for all Payroll issues.

* Track all employee absenteeism & tardiness.

* Ensure all invoicing and billing is processed accurately and confidentially. Resolve all issues and coordinate the resolutions.

* Purchase order tracking. Budget and material purchases. Ensure all procurement transactions are executed consistently against all Policies and Procedures.

* Manage and or coordinate IT & site systems for TCG Operations on client sites (upgrades, changes, etc.).

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.

* Proficiency with key computer applications (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

* Excellent oral, written, planning and organizational skills.

* Must be self-motivated and work individually or in a team environment.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize, and maintain a calm, professional and positive demeanor.

* Detail and deadline-oriented.

* Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check based on job location/requirements.
