The Baby care Site Engineering organization is responsible for the ongoing optimization of Offline systems and the Facilities and Utilities that enable world class Diaper manufacturing. This is accomplished by a dedicated team of engineers that evaluate current systems and look for breakthrough approaches to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency as well as upgrade to the latest state of the art approaches. The Site Power Systems Technical Engineering Leader is responsible for the Power Systems which includes all equipment and systems between the power company and the in-plant process modules.
