Job Summary: This role holds overall responsibility for the HR function across Cipla's North America operation sites. It involves overseeing various employee lifecycle events and managing related HR processes in collaboration with business units, regional and corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
