Your Mission: Drive Operational Excellence and Team Leadership As a Site Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction at your site. Your mission is to lead and optimize warehouse processes and build strong client relationships. The shift for this position is Monday to Friday, 4am to 12.30pm.Your Impact: Optimize Operations and Build Strong TeamsOperational Leadership:
  • You'll be happy to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front, interacting with drivers, loading and breaking down product, and inputting data into software.
  • Achieve operational goals by preparing and executing action plans to meet quality and customer-service standards, resolve challenges, and identify trends for improvement.
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes to optimize product handling, storage, receiving, and equipment utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflow, staffing, and space requirements, and implementing efficient changes.
Client Partnership:
  • Maintain and enhance a strong client relationship by working closely with Eclipse IA HR and delivering exceptional service tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner, ensuring client satisfaction while balancing operational objectives.
Workforce Management:
  • Oversee the site workforce, including staffing, payroll, employee relations, and office administration, to ensure a motivated and engaged team.
  • Foster a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Financial Accountability:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and review monthly P&L performance.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
Position Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a site-lead position
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to drive operational decisions with insights.
  • Reliable self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility.
  • Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to set aggressive targets and achieve them in a challenging environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
