Job Description :

This person will have 3 team members report to them.

The team is somewhat new, so it is important that this person can take the lead.

This person will be overseeing the general email inbox and assigning tasks to the employees; they will be conducting most of the in-person meetings with the attorneys, so this is a front facing position.

The client is in the office about 4 days a week and likes to have an open line of communication with this position regarding anything that goes wrong or needs to be addressed.

The manager is looking for someone who has a strong production background, knows how to copy/print/scan, and has office environment experience. Law firm experience is also a plus.

This person should be able to lift up to 50 pounds: sometimes marketing materials/office supplies get delivered and need to be moved via a cart.

There is no free parking, public transportation is the best way to get there.

Required:

High school or GED is required.
