**Site Merchandiser**

Concord, CA / Corporate Inventory Planning / Regular, Full-time VICI is an e-commerce start-up that sells quality, affordable, on-trend clothing for the contemporary woman. Established in 2012, VICI has experienced over 200% growth in the past two years from 50 to over 250 employees. The VICI brand has a strong e-commerce presence and sells 90% of its product online, which is shipped from its corporate warehouse located in Concord, CA. VICIs brand was created based on trends the founders saw after the 2009 recession. Consumers were becoming cautious about spending, yet womens desire for affordable fashion remained. What sets VICI apart is an unwavering commitment to customer service and a zeal for social media marketing. Posting 20 new looks each day on Instagram and Facebook, women are consistently inspired to create their own personal style through looks from VICIs brand.

**Summary/Objective:** The Site Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining the front end (i.e. the featured shops and collections) of the VICI Collection website. This position ensures all new products are correctly tagged, are in the correct categories and merchandised in the appropriate collections to ensure a positive and efficient customer/user experience. + Responsible for set-up and maintenance of the featured shop and collections on the web site; approves all merchandising and daily new arrivals

+ Creates a compelling product experience on the site, to include inspirational merchandise presentation, category navigation, and clear and accurate product details

+ Review revenue analytics to determine what products are driving revenue; determines what new features should be displayed on site

+ Reviews inventory reports and determines what products to pin/unpin

+ Manages vendor relationships and effectively represents the VICI brand externally

+ Responsible for collaborating with Buying team to create new weekly collections and understand the current trends and competitive landscape

+ Support Buying teams in-season business reaction with changes to categories, style or style/color display, sort orders

+ Partner with Buying team on a weekly basis to understand site strategy, changes, and tactical

+ Responsible for the maintenance of the web/category hierarchy in Shopify, including category and sub-category set up, and order placement within the navigation

+ Produces high-quality work and understands the impact of work on the customers site experience

+ Ensure that all products have appropriate imagery and copy ready to post when the product is available for sale

+ Monitor styles that stock on daily basis to ensure proper site display

+ Review website daily to ensure proper functionality of categories & styles

+ May perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

+ Knowledge of standard applications (Slack, Office365, Chrome, etc.)

**Education and Experience:**

+ Bachelors Degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)

+ 3-5 years prior experience in corporate retail merchandising

+ Demonstrated experience with website technology and Shopify required

+ Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
