Akkodis is seeking a Site Merchandiser for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Strategic Site Merchandising, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Performance Analysis & SEOLocation: Columbus, OHPay Range: $25/hr. - $31/hour on W2 without benefitsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or site merchandising preferred.Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize projects effectively.Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships across teams.Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and the ability to quickly learn technical applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with site navigation, Oracle/ATG platform preferred.Experience with personalization merchandising tools; Reflektion experience preferred.Familiarity with sales and site analytics; experience with Microstrategy, Full Story, and Adobe Analytics preferred.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills; prior experience managing people preferred.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
