- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
- Must have a 7+ years of experience as SRE (site reliability engineer) who can setup infra automation using Ansible Playbooks and has hands on with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk.
- Strong 5+ years of working knowledge on Unix with good knowledge of Unix commands, shell scripts.
- You should have a 3+ years of experience with python and python scripting (infrastructure scripts)
- Must have a 5+ years of experience in building and debugging Java applications
- You Should have Experience with any of the performance testing tools like Apache JMeter/ Gatling
- You Should have good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Must have Knowledge of network protocols, IP networks, DNS, routing, firewalls, OAuth, Certificate Management, TCL/SSL and Kerberos
- You Should have Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB , storage systems: SAN, NAS)
- Must have experience with Agile framework (Scrum).
- Good to have experience with JIRA and Confluence experience
- Good to have knowledge of Hadoop and some real time streaming platform like Kafka/Flink. Any knowledge with Solace platform/queues or any other Messaging queues will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and grow teams
