Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Desktop Support for a hybrid remote work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktop systems ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of desktop systems and related software.
  • Ensure system security and data integrity by implementing best practices and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills.
