Overview

Since 2002, our client has been delivering beautiful NYC Townhome and Penthouse renovation projects to satisfied clients in Manhattan and Brooklyn through their unique design-build process that incorporates an in house fabrication shop, design team, and contracting staff.

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all onsite activities for the company's high end residential projects including maintaining safety protocols, communicating onsite needs/updates to project manager, and executing the site work plan.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Management position, experience with High end Townhome/Penthouse projects required
• Extensive Knowledge of Interior Framing systems, Finish Carpentry and common building systems and components
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute Construction Documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of Google suite and Project Management Software
• 62-Hour SST Card, Valid New York City Driver's License

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and Coordinate onsite needs to the project manager
• Maintain site safety protocols
• Assist in Coordination and execution of the site work plan
• Provide Coordination and layout of all building systems and components utilizing the provided Construction Documents
• Provide quality control during all subcontractor and shop Installations
• Provide coordination and installation of Construction Aids as required by the project site
• Maintain site tool and materials inventory to align with project requirements
• Maintain project labor and material efficiency
• The efficient implementation of company labor and material resources to achieve the goals set out by the project staff and contract documents
• Maintenance of the Daily Site log, Scaffold Log, Project Documents
• Maintenance of the project work site

Offer

• Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
