Job Description

A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes. They act as the primary on-site point of contact, resolving issues and communicating with project managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work schedules, assigning tasks to crew members, and monitoring project progress.

• Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.

• Identify potential delays and take corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
