Site Supervisor - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the recycling and production industry, is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting the facility in Gillette, WY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Gillette, WY

Pay Range: $75,000

What's the Job?

• Operate our production process, including pre- and post-production processes.

• Manage all aspects of the facility, ensuring efficient operations and team performance.

• Conduct regular communication sessions to control production and process performance.

• Ensure compliance with QSHE control measures and maintain safety standards.

• Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, including packing and shipping processed metals.

What's Needed?

• Formal qualifications in engineering or a related field.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to conduct training and manage team performance.

• Experience in production control and record keeping.

• Proficient in safety compliance and risk assessment.
