Site Supervisor

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall coordination of the Kids Connection Program.
• Responsible for recruitment of new participants for the program, and for the participant, group, and community calendars.
• Will serve as direct supervisor to Behavioral Health Technicians and Mental Health Education Technicians assigned to Kids Connection Program.
• Responsible for but not limited to training staff, participating in New Employee Orientation process, organizing staff schedules, completing time and approving leave requests through INOVA system, completing Employee Performance Appraisals, working with staff on Action plans, and oversee the timely submission of group notes for each team member within the Behavioral Health (BH) GUI system.
• Gather and reports statistical data.
• Oversees proper documentation for the Kids Connection Program by managing Supplemental Forms for all participants and work closely with the Medical Records to ensure files are current.
• Complete transportation requests and trip reports for the program and work closely with Transportation Coordinator.
• Completes purchase requests for snacks, supplies, and incentive trips.
• Assists with daily activities, monitoring behavior, and implement intervention strategies, and provides transportation to participants.
• Maintain the Moonwalk schedule for Kids Connection Program.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health, Sociology, Physical Education, Psychology or a related field; or must have had five years of specialized experience with working with youth, planning and supervising activities based on development needs or a combination of education and experience.
