Job Description :
Ensures the supervision of the patient at all times.Assist patients with basic personal care, and to move or walk around.Provides patient with emotional support.Monitors patient's vital signs if competency has been demonstrated.Refrains from performing additional, unauthorized functions.Detects changes in the condition of the patient and reports immediately.Alerts nursing staff when patient needs help.Maintains confidentiality of patient information.9.
