Job Summary: Supports and performs administrative duties as prescribed while maintaining, organizing files, creating and distributing written correspondences, and schedules as needed. Applicants must be18 years of age. The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.Base hourly pay range: $18.68 - $29.38 per hour

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Provide administrative support for the Ski Patrol Management team in 4 key areas; Human Resources/Employment, Payroll, and Finance
- Creates and publishes schedule in accordance with Ski Patrol Management guidelines
- Collects and documents schedule requests from Patrollers
- Assists with tracking of incidents investigations as needed and may help with general reports
- Works with Incident investigator coordinator
- Process department timecards and update electronic payroll records
- Carry out general office duties (mail, photocopies, telephone etc)
- Performs daily payroll functions including approving and editing timecards for staff and coordinates with Payroll team to ensure all timecards have been approved
- Serve as the liaison between Mountain Operations and Human Resources/Payroll; assist with completion of employment paperwork and payroll forms, answer questions and provide information in compliance with all Federal and California labor laws and company policies. Works with Mountain Operations Admin Manager.
- Process all purchase orders and invoices related to mountain operating departments to assist in purchasing and expense management
Competencies and Job Requirements: Required:
- Strong sense of customer service & safety awareness
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Have a neat & clean appearance in compliance with the company grooming standards
- Punctual, able to arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 am, regardless of weather or road conditions, able to work longer hours and/or additional days if requested
- Work well as part of a team.
- Able to follow all policies and procedures contained in Dispatch and Patrol Manual.
- Communicate effectively with guests and employees and handle all dispatch communications efficiently.
- Sense of urgency, able to multitask, excellent organizational skills
- Able to maintain a calm and controlled demeanor during emergency situations.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft word, outlook, access, excel
- Familiar with all company-wide computer systems: Infoneige, Webgen, RTP, and Workday
Preferred:
- Previous ICS System experience desired.
- Have the homeland ICS 100 completed.
- Previous radio communications experience desired.

Must be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time, up to an 8 hour work shift. Must be capable of occasionally carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs. Must capable of occasionally squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and balancing, able to climb ladders and shovel snow. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Wetness and/or humidity, and occasionally blizzards and extreme storm conditions.
Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the work place is usually moderate.

Education and Experience:Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a high volume environment
Preferred
- Previous experience working in Mountain Operations
