The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing a variety of restoration and remodeling projects, ensuring that each task is completed with precision and high-quality craftsmanship.   • Perform hands-on carpentry work such as framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and cabinetry on both small and large restoration and remodeling projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
  • Install, repair, and modify various project elements to meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols at all times.
  • Work closely with the project manager and team to track and manage materials throughout the project.
  • Communicate project progress, including scope adjustments, timelines, and potential issues, with project managers.
  • Mentor and assist less experienced team members, providing guidance and sharing your expertise.
  • Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and ensuring all work meets company standards.
  • Take initiative to problem-solve on-site issues to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of various projects across multiple stages.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction carpentry, with a focus on remodeling and restoration.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, team members, and supervisors.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
  • The ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
