Responsibilities:

* Assembly: Assemble products according to specifications and work orders, ensuring all components are accurately aligned and secured.

* Machine Operation: Operate and maintain various machines following safety protocols and operational procedures.

* Quality Control: Inspect finished products and components for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.

* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operation.

* Documentation: Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered.

* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address any production challenges.

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

* Proven experience as an assembly and machine operator or similar role.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery.

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

* Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
